These photos show the preparation of the sarmene for the BBQ and the sausages on a rack waiting to be cooked - the best sausages Ive ever eaten!!!
Also a Kava ceremony performed in Jeremy's honour by his best friend Tino, from one of the French Islands, it was a very moving ceremony.
