We finally made it to Bilbao, quite a contrasting but generally pretty city. The museum is awesome, the architecture and building is really brilliant. Sadly the exhibitions themselves didn't really knock us over, I have to say Ive been more impressed with the works on display at MONA than many of them here. Due to bad timing we missed a major exhibition which had closed the day before so one floor was closed which probably didnt help. But the building more than made up for it and the sculptures outside were great.
